I started my real estate experience in 1994 as a agent assistant to my father. Soon after I was assisting other agents in the office. After a little while I was assisting mostly top producers and getting a chance to learn several different ways to operate a successful real estate business. Eventually the scope of my duties required a real estate license. As a licensed real estate assistant I was working full time learning how to be a top producer and closing a few deals of my own. While I was working and learning the real estate industry I attended a computer vocational college. I majored in website design and graphic arts. I also earned four Microsoft certifications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word). This education gave me a huge advantage in creation of materials for my real estate business and my agent clients. In 2003 I moved to the state of California. Shortly after moving there I was once again employed as a real estate agent assistant. This was about the same time that the real estate market crashed. Needless to say I learned volumes about the real estate industry, especially short sales and foreclosures. I quickly moved from an assistant to a licensed real estate agent. After a couple years of battling the foreclosure market in California I decided to make a drastic change of pace. After leaving the California real estate disaster I wanted to simplify my life and still utilize my experience and education. Wanting and needing to work from home I realized that virtual assistants were becoming a huge part of top producers gameplan to operate businesses with above average production. I've combined my experience the multiple real estate markets and education as a computer specialist to create a "perfect assistant" to help you be more productive in your real estate business. A "perfect assistant" knows exactly what you need when you need it. The online real estate assistant knows from experience what top producing agents need. |
